Description: Metcon was selected to develop affordable office space for small businesses locating within the Comtech Park. Master planning includes a total build out of 30,000 s.f. in phase 1 with a total of 3 phases planned. Office and/or storage combination units are available from 1,000 s.f. on up to the desired size and specifications of each client. Work also included all necessary infrastructure to include parking lots, water, sewer, and landscaping.
