Description: Complete downtown revitalization of downtown Raeford, NC Consisted of relocating all overhead utilities underground, new street lighting.  New curb & gutter, new stamped concrete, and signalization (stoplights).  New turn lane, new asphalt paving of entire downtown Hwy 211.
