Sam Isham
Senior Project Manager/ Building Division
Sam's twenty-five years of experience in construction along with his degree in Construction Management from State University of New York-Herkimer afford him a no nonsense proactive approach to project
management.
Sam spent more than fifteen years working in the field performing all tasks required in commercial and residential construction; this experience allows him to foresee and forgo many field problems. His number one goal in project management is a satisfied client. Sam is responsible for analysis of bid requirements, estimating commercial building construction, and project management of all building projects either as the project manager or supervision of lower tier project managers and superintendents under his Division.
