Metcon Constructions services are quite diverse as reflected through its two operating divisions, The Building Division & The Infrastructure Division.
Building Division – The companies building division provides a full range of construction services on all types of commercial industrial and institutional projects. Our company has distinguished itself in two specialty areas of construction. Our Design Build Projects are a particular niche giving our clients the value added service of our in house design department seamlessly integrated with the construction of their projects. Our second point of emphasis through various delivery methods has been higher education. Metcon has completed over 40 higher education projects for various universities and colleges.

Infrastructure Division – As each great project begins with the infrastructure that serves it Metcon bolsters an in house infrastructure installation division. This division serves all our building divisions’ projects as well as a host of municipalities and private developers. The infrastructure division installs water lines, sewer lines, parking lots, highways, decorative stamped concrete, as well as total site development.
